🎨 Color Picker Guide

  • Purpose: Browse and copy CSS color codes and names
  • Format: Each color shows its CSS name and HEX code
  • Copy: Click any color to copy its HEX code to clipboard
  • Search: Filter colors by name or hex value
  • Categories: Colors organized by shade and family

Fill Shows with Audio

🎵 Fill Shows Guide

  • Purpose: Assign audio files to scheduled show time slots
  • Search: Enter show acronym (e.g., "ADW" for "A Daily Walk")
  • Time Limit: Each slot has 30 minutes - track remaining time in minutes:seconds (seconds)
  • File Types: Main show files + auxiliary content (legal, image, praise, godbombs)
  • Workflow: Select slot → Add main files → Add auxiliary files → Save
🎨 Time Slot Color Coding:
  • 🟩 Green: Fully filled (100% or overfilled) - Ready to broadcast
  • 🟥 Pastel Pink/Red: Partially filled - Needs attention to complete
  • ⬜ Gray: Empty slot - No files assigned yet
  • 🟦 Blue: Currently selected slot you're working on
🔍 Auxiliary Files Search Feature:
  • Searchable Dropdowns: Each auxiliary category has a search field above the dropdown
  • How to Use: Type part of the file name or artist in the search box to filter results
  • Example: In Legal files, type "FCC" to find all FCC-related announcements
  • Custom Genres: Use the "Search Other Genres" section for categories not in the main dropdowns
  • File Count: Each search box shows total available files (e.g., "Search legal files (47 total)...")
